BIOgraphy
Molly O’Keefe has loved music from a very young age. Singing and performing in any and every way has always been her most favourite thing. She graduated from the Music For Young Children program and soon began to learn any instrument she could get her hands on.
By joining CFPA, Molly has found a group of people who see music the exact same way she does. An escape, a tool, a way to found community and togetherness. In taking voice lessons with Courtney Fowler for the past three years, Molly has learned so much about not only her own voice and identity as a singer, but how to help others do the very same. How to recognize struggles and barriers in young singers and different ways to help them overcome those things. Teaching is something Molly is very passionate about. Being able to create a safe and comfortable environment for young singers to explore what their voices can do and how to curate their sound to be an exact representation of themselves is her ultimate goal. Most of all, Molly believes that music can be the perfect sanctuary for kids of all ages, and she would love to be a part of their journey with music. |
