Logging In To Your Virtual Class:

Please ensure Zoom is downloaded on the device the student will be learning on. You only need the FREE account.
Follow this link to download Zoom: https://zoom.us/
Log into your My Music Staff account. Please email cfperformanceacademy@gmail.com if you need us to resend your MMS login!
On your Home Screen, click on the class/lesson you would like to join, and click on “Online Meeting (Zoom)”. You can also click on Calendar (Left Hand menu), and then select the class/lesson and under Location click “Online Meeting (Zoom)”.
Clicking on “Online Meeting (Zoom)” will automatically send you to your teacher’s personal waiting room. Once it is time to begin the class/lesson, the teacher will allow the student(s) into the class.
Password will be emailed to you.

Quick Support Guide

Ensure that you have the correct zoom link for your instructor.
- The best way to ensure you have the right link is by logging in to your My Music Staff portal and clicking the link on your session in the Calendar.
- If your session is online, your instructor will have moved your location to "Online Meeting (Zoom)" and you can click that text to bring you to the online meeting. You will have to enter a password.
If you receive a note saying that the password is incorrect, try signing in on another device! This is a common zoom bug that can be fixed by using a different phone, tablet or computer to sign in.
If for some reason you missed a session, please email your mentor to have them reschedule a check in time. Please make every attempt to attend your originally scheduled session. All of our staff are working additional hours to meet the demand :)
