When attending school or community-based activities, does the participant require one-on-one supervision? If yes, please say yes. If a respite worker is required, the family can provide their own one on one support, or we can recommend someone for you so the child can participate. CFPA counsellors are not responsible for feeding, changing, toileting, or administering medications. Failure to inform our staff of the participants needs could lead to removal from camp.

I, do hereby release to CFPA, it's assigns, licenses, affiliates and legal representatives the inevocable right to use my picture, images of my art, portrait, photograph or video image in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for any and all purposes including advertising in all forms, for unlimited time, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith. I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.

enrolment information
Registration fees are due within 1 week of receiving a confirmation email
. If the registration fee has not been paid within 1 week of receiving confirmation, CFPA will remove the reservation and move on to the next client on the waiting list.
Camp fees are due 1 week prior to the first day of camp
.
For one week of camp,
registration fees
are 25$ for camps that do not have costume requirements (Songwriting; Rock Band), and 40$ for camps where
costume rentals are provided
. (Dance; Acting & Film; Musical Theatre). For each additional week (two or more camps), registration fees are $10 (no costume) and $20 (costumes provided). For example, if your camper registers for Musical Theatre ($40), Rock Band ($10) and Acting & Film ($20), the cost of registration will be $70 and will include two weeks worth of costume rentals.
Bonus!
Early drop off and late pick up
are available at an additional cost of $5-10 per day
. For example, $25 extra per week for one of the following: early drop off only OR late pick up only. For both early drop off AND late pick up, the cost is $50 extra per week.
Camp prices are listed here.
We require a minimum of 8 campers to go ahead with a week of camp
. In the event of an unforeseen cancelation, clients will receive a full refund, or credit toward another service (customer's choice).
If a customer decides to terminate their enrolment in camp, a refund will be provided, once written notice is received to cfperformanceacademy@gmail.com, up to one week before the start of camp, understanding that
the registration fee is non-refundable
.
If CFPA camps are terminated by a provincial lockdown, clients will receive a full refund, including registration fee.
Covid Screenings and Sign In/Sign Out will take place every day
. Failure to pass a temperature check and provide answers to the COVID-19 Screening will result in removal from camp. In addition, if a camper displays symptoms of COVID-19 or is otherwise unwell, the camper must stay home until they are either 24 hours symptom free or have received a negative COVID test.
I acknowledge that during camp, my child will be participating in music and movement activities, crafting, set design, and free play.
I release Courtney Fowler Performance Academy (CFPA) from all liability for injuries sustained while my child attends camp
