Please fill out the form as you would if you were going to register. We will NOT ​charge you for taking a demo class! The last question will prompt you to answer whether you would like to register for class, or try a demo class first.
​We collect all the information for demo classes this year to compile a complete list for contact tracing.

    All Class Listings Are In Person!

    How we will keep you safe:

        1.    Hand sanitizer at entrance and teaching space for each client/teacher.
        2.    Parents are to drop students off at the door to limit exposure for all staff/students. Students under 5 must be accompanied by a parent.
        3.    Plexiglass Dividers installed in all classrooms, or 6 feet will be provided for non singing students, and 12 feet for singers.
        4.    Mask etiquette: It is not necessary for a student or staff member to wear a mask in a singing lesson, or in a dance class, if they are following social distance rules, or separated by a barrier. However, all staff and students will wear a mask traveling to and from their lesson rooms, waiting to enter their lesson, or going to the bathroom.
        5.    Studio frequently touched surfaces to be sanitized twice daily at minimum. Teachers are responsible for sanitizing their classrooms in between lessons. 
        6.    No food inside studio. (Exceptions may be made for teachers, staff, or medical conditions.)
        7.    Water bottles must be marked clearly with students' name.
        8.    Lessons will be separated by 10 min intervals. This will allow the teacher to sanitize the teaching space and eliminate students meeting in the entrance. Lessons must start and end on time to ensure these protocols are followed.
        9.    Students will exit the studio promptly after each lesson to eliminate contact with next client.
        10.     All parents must sign a COVID-19 waiver to acknowledge the risk associated with participating in extra curricular activities during a global pandemic.

    Make Ups: 
    No refunds, credits, or make ups are given for missed or cancelled classes, without 24 hour notice. With 24 hours notice, you may reschedule a private lesson in the My Music Staff Student Portal and receive a make up credit for a later date. Make up lessons can be scheduled by parents in the Student Portal by clicking a teacher's free slot. 

    My Music Staff:
    Your account information, attendance, class notes and student schedule can be viewed on a private account that we will set up for you on "My Music Staff", our scheduling platform.

    Payment: 
    Payments are due on the 1st of the month.

    Covid Fee:
    There will be a 5$ Covid Cleaning fee added once a month for the duration of the global pandemic to aid with costs of cleaning supplies. Our priority is keeping our students safe.


    Late Fee: 
    A late fee of 20$ will be issued if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.

    Accepted Methods of Payment: 
    Email money transfer, cash, cheque, or credit: PayPal or Stripe.

    Kindermusik@Home:
    Account information will be emailed to the client when registration has been completed.

    Termination: 
    Clients may terminate their enrolment 30 days after sending in a Withdrawal Form.

    Going Green:
    Our studio will be going green. Students can bring in an iPad or Tablet to view sheet music, or teachers will email PDF's to parents to print at home.

    Registration Fee:
    Registration is not complete until the client has sent in a one time, non-refundable registration fee:
    25$ - Private Lessons
    50$ - 1st Class
    Additional 25$ - 2nd Class, 3rd Class, etc.
