BIOGRAPHY

Jesse Mann grew up surrounded by music. His mother had her own music teaching business, and at the age of eight, he began playing piano. Shortly after, Jesse gravitated towards the guitar because of his early rock and blues influences. As a teenager, he decided to pursue his dreams of creating and sharing music. When he wasn’t composing, he really enjoyed accompanying his mother’s students, by being the drummer in year-end recitals. A recent graduate of MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, Jesse received a degree specializing in Guitar Performance, in Jazz and Contemporary Music. While completing his degree, Jesse was a lead guitarist of the classic rock cover band, Rockology. He is eager and excited to share the knowledge and skills he’s acquired through teaching, studying, and performing music, to the young aspiring musicians of Newfoundland.
